About
Hi, I’m Nancy.
A licensed clinical social worker with more than twenty years of experience, here to help children, teens, adults, couples, and families move toward calmer, more connected lives.
A little about me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with more than twenty years of experience helping adults, couples, children, and families through difficult seasons. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Rather than only talking about problems, my work helps you actually shift how you feel. I draw on Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Adult Chair work, somatic awareness, and Compassionate Communication (NVC), and I’m certified in the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), a specialized treatment for PTSD. I tailor all of it to the person in front of me, because no two people heal the same way.
When we work together, you can expect someone warm, genuine, and fully in your corner. Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading, researching, and spending time with friends and family.
